Agency Nation’s Elevate unconference is the top event for the insurance industry, bringing together awesome people to make awesome things happen for everyone in the independent insurance channel--from agents and brokers, to insurance companies and vendors. The two-and-a-half-day program includes hands-on workshops, inspiring keynotes, relevant and actionable breakout sessions, networking, access to vendors and lots of camaraderie.

Where can I book an affordable hotel room?
We’ve partnered with the Renaissance Hotel Nashville to offer attendees a convenient hotel option with a special room rate of $259/night. Book your hotel here, as it helps us fill our room block commitment and keep conference costs as low as possible. The last date to reserve a room at the discounted rate is May 8, 2020, or until the block is filled.
Can spouses/guests attend?
You may purchase a reception-only guest pass that grants access to the Sunday Welcome party and the Monday night Honkey Tonk. See the registration page to purchase.
Will Elevate be cancelled or rescheduled due to COVID-19?
With the conference being about two months away, we are committed to holding our best unconference ever and plan to proceed with Elevate as scheduled! We are exploring many alternatives should things change but one way or another, you will get access to all the great content we have planned!

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

What’s the cancellation policy?
We understand that COVID-19 is complicating everyone's ability to plan and make commitments. We are here to support you. We have extended our normal cancellation period all the way until the day of the event, so you don't have to make a premature decision about coming to Elevate. So don’t worry. You’ll get a 100% refund if you cancel on or before May 31, 2020 because of your personal concern regarding COVID-19. All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee to cover our transaction costs. If we have to cancel the event from our end, we will of course notify everyone and provide full credits/refunds.
What does registration include?
Registration includes an all-access pass to conference sessions, workshops and vendor hall, all meals (welcome reception, breakfasts, lunches, evening dinner event, snacks), swag bag and post-event access to select presentations.
What’s the dress code?
You do you! The Agency Nation team is flying business casual (that’s jeans and casual shirts to us). We invite you to keep it comfortable, too.
Will recordings be available after the conference?
Amazing as you are, we realize you can't be in three places at once. Therefore, we will work with our breakout presenters to provide you with speaker decks and audio recordings after the event so you can check out what you missed while attending other sessions.
